Course Description
The online level 1 course is developed for the recording enthusiast that wish to enter into the Studio Recording environment. You will be engaged by theory and practical assignments where different methods, such as signal flow diagrams and video presentations, will help you understand the audio disciplines needed for success.
Other tasks will require you to practice and experiment on your own to understand certain principles.

- Working with audio software(Digital Audio Workstations)

- Audio Interface for recording and monitor/headphone output
- Recording instruments and vocals
- Editing and Mixing your song
- Applying Mastering techniques
Equipment needed to do this course
- Computer (a Mac or PC with at least 8 Gig Ram)
- Internet access
- Audio Software (DAW): You must have at least one DAW installed, such as: Reaper, FL Studio, Studio One, Pro Tools, Cubase or Logic Pro
- Audio Interface (must have at least one mic input and outputs for speakers/monitors)
- Microphone and mic cable (This can be a dynamic or condenser microphone)
- a Set of good quality headphones or monitors
